What does all this mean? See below for our easy read descriptions!

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. DYE SUMBLIMATION

Dye-sublimation printing is a computer printing technique which uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. The item must have a polyester coating for this process to work. We have two 320mm x 320mm heat presses, one 320mm x 380mm and TEN mug heat transfer presses.

DIGITAL FULL COLOUR TRANSFER

Heat transfer printing is a newer decoration method, but it’s come a long way from the iron-on decals of old. With heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, your custom logo or design is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure.

We use this for:
T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Bags, Umbrellas, Masks. The list goes on and on!

ROTARY SCREEN PRINTING

The exact same principle as regular screen printing apart from the object sits on a set of wheels and rotates as the squeegee prints it.

We use this for:
Pens, Pencils, Lip Balms, Travel mugs, Sports Bottles. The list goes on and on!

PAD PRINTING/TAMPO PRINTING

Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto a substrate. We have a 2 colour Teca Print machine and and a single colour Teca Print machine. Both with the capacity to print over 10,000 units per day.

We use these for:
Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Highlighters, Travel Mugs, Bottle Openers, Keyrings, Torches, Tape Measurers. The list goes on and on!
